Harrison Funeral Directors are available to help you at any hour of the day or night. We offer a 24 hour service 7 days a week with dedicated funeral assistants on call every day of the year. All are equipped to deal with any situations, that can and do arise, with dignity and respect.

To maintain our quality and service we carefully select and train our staff to deal with all aspects of planning a funeral, from your first contact you will experience a quality of care and professionalism that comes with over 87 years of continued service to the community.


Brenton Hill
Managing Director

In addition to his role as Managing Director of the Company, Brenton has over 36 years experience in the funeral industry as a Funeral Director and is the Chairman of Drumminor Gardens Cemetery (Heritage Memorial Park Trust). Brenton has served three terms as President of the Cemeteries & Crematoria Association of South Australia Inc., and continues to hold an executive position on the committee. Brenton is also a member of the National Funeral Directors Association.


Raelene Nicholls

Raelene commenced as a Funeral Consultant in 2005, moving to the position of Assistant to the Managing Director in 2007. Raelene was a Registered Midwife and so brings a wealth of experience and understanding of the needs of people at emotional and difficult times.


Bronwyn Sheldrick
Funeral Consultant

Bronwyn commenced with the company in 2001, In addition to her chosen role as a Funeral Consultant, Bronwyn is also a Memorial Consultant for Drumminor Gardens Cemetery. Bronwyn is a leader in her church community.


Allyson Lovatt
Funeral Consultant

Allyson was employed by the Company in 2006 as a Funeral Consultant and currently oversees our Queenstown facility.  Allyson was chosen for this role because of her professionalism and strong sense of commitment to our families.

Transfer Team Leader

We are proud to have Sally as part of our team, she has been in the industry for 9 years and cares for our families after hours

Chris McPhee
Mortuary Technician

Chris has worked in the Funeral Industry for a number of years performing a multitude of tasks and in 2016 Chris qualifed in Mortuary Science, Certificate 1V (Embalming). Together with Peter Edwards they provide Harrisons with state of the art modern mortuary procedures, maintaining the highest level of care and dignity to our clients.

Peter Edwards F.A.I.E, M.B.I.E
Senior Embalmer

Peter holds a Certificate IV in Mortuary Science (Embalming), is also a fellow of the Australian Institute of Embalmers and a member of the British Institute of Embalmers. He entered the funeral industry in 1981 and has experienced most aspects of funeral home procedures. Peter has also mentored a significant number of students in the industry and has conducted various courses on infection and hygiene control on behalf of the Australian Funeral Directors Association.
