Occasionally we also need to supply next of kin details to the public trustee or to a fund that donations have been made in memory of your loved one. To enable us to do this correctly, we need to obtain a variety of personal information from you. We will also use this information for future contact with you. You can be assured that we will not use this information for any other reason, other than those explained to you.

Security of Your Information

We will not disclose information to anyone and all personal information obtained is stored within our offices. If you need to change any details you have given us at anytime, you may be required to produce proof of identity to enable us to do this.
